Users who fail to provide the requested documents within the specified period may face temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Each user is fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account login credentials, including their username and password. bcb8 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from the voluntary or involuntary disclosure of your login information to a third party.

You are required to notify bcb8 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bcb8 recommends that users use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols — and change it regularly for optimal security.

It is strictly prohibited to share your account with another individual, sell or transfer your account to a third party, or use another person's login credentials. Each account is personal and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.

bcb8 accepts a range of deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH. Second example: if you deposit RM600, the maximum bonus of RM300 will be credited to your account, bringing the balance to RM900. The wagering requirement to be met is RM300 × 10 = RM3,000.

Additional terms relating to bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per registered user.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or cashed out directly without meeting the wagering requirement.
• bcb8 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or breach of terms.
• Other promotions such as cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP programmes are subject to their respective promotional terms and conditions.

Users who display abnormal betting patterns or who exploit bonuses through arbitrage methods may face bonus forfeiture and other account penalties at bcb8's discretion.

All bets placed on the bcb8 platform are final once confirmed by the system. bcb8 is not responsible for any betting errors caused by user confusion, internet connection disruptions, or technical issues on the user's end. Users are advised to review all bet details before confirming a transaction.

For live casino, sportsbook, and online slot games, all outcomes produced by a certified random number generator (RNG) system are final and cannot be disputed. For sports bets, the official results issued by the relevant sporting body will be used as the reference for bet settlement.

Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to product restrictions depending on the active promotion. Users are advised to review the relevant promotion terms before using their bonus balance for betting.

Users hereby agree not to engage in the following activities on the bcb8 platform:

• The use of automated software, bots, or other unauthorised technical tools to manipulate games or systems.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Providing false or misleading information to bcb8.
• Attempting to access another user's account or breach the security of bcb8's systems.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system unfairly.

Users who violate any of the above responsibilities will face appropriate action, including immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance, and possible legal action.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the bcb8 support team via live chat or email. Before account closure, all pending wagering requirements and bonus balances not yet eligible for withdrawal will be automatically forfeited. Valid cash balances may be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

bcb8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the following situations:

Nevertheless, bcb8 is committed to taking all reasonable steps to ensure the security and availability of the platform.

Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk, and all betting decisions are the sole responsibility of the user. bcb8 encourages all users to bet within their financial means and to refer to the Responsible Gambling page for further guidance.

bcb8 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the bcb8 platform. Notice of significant changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or in-platform notifications.

Continued use of the bcb8 platform after any amendment to the terms is published will be considered as the user's acceptance of the amended terms. Users who do not agree with the amendments should stop using the platform and close their account.
